Nav N Go iGO 8 is coming in the spring!
Already heralded in Europe, and even available in several million HP and Sony hardware devices, the Nav N Go iGO 8 based navigation software combines all that is offered by accurate maps and spectacular pictorial representation: a view of surrounding structures and sightseeing attractions on the screen, along with roads rising up realistically and the relief assists in the navigation.
And the one of a kind solution will be on the European market in the spring: Nav N Go iGO 8 Europe, containing the map of almost all of Europe on a 2 GB microSD memory card, along with 3D objects and relief. Two adapters are also available for the micro SD, so not just those having the micro SD devices will be able to buy the new products. Besides this, the North America (USA and Canada) map will also be available early summer, likewise coming to market on a 2 GB microSD memory card. It is expected that the recommended retail price of the two products will be exceptionally attractive: the software containing the map of Europe for 149 EUR (including VAT) and the North America version for 119 EUR (including VAT). Former iGO My way 2006 users will have access to the new 3D software at a favourable price, and of course update options will be provided for those who do not want to replace their earlier software. The online update will be made available for a price which is expected to be around 80 EUR (including VAT).
“The goal of Nav N Go thus far has been to make the precision navigation experience available to the public at large. The new 3D software solution does not really increase the product price, but it will be necessary to pay for the map data which it contains starting in the spring, and we shall continue to provide discounts to loyal users” says Attila Kátai, Nav N Go content development director.
