Audi Hungaria Leaders visit Nav N Go for Constructive Conversations
Nav N Go has hosted a six-member delegation from Audi Hungaria Motor Kft at the navigation company's Budapest offices. The conversations between the top and medium-level managers were wide-ranging, with topics including the success of the two companies, the reasons for this success and ways of managing it, as well as long-term development. One of the most prestigious large companies in Hungary, Audi Hungaria Motor Kft, has paid a top and medium-level visit to the central offices of Nav N Go in Budapest. The purpose of the visit was to exchange experiences and points of view. The guests, coming from the north-western city of Győr, said they had chosen Nav N Go, because as part of their own management program, they are actively seeking contact points with other Hungarian companies whose level of success can be compared with their own.
Representing Audi Hungaria at the conversations were Dr. Timm Strauss, Head of Engine Development, Péter Bugla, Head of Production Planning and János Schäffer, Head of Controlling. Nav N Go were represented by András Fazakas, Chief Operating Officer, and Gergely Erdős, Communications Director.
An important part of the conversations was exploring the question of the best ways of managing success. It was enlightening to contrast the way in which an experienced giant such as Audi deals with success, with how a young and growing company such as Nav N Go goes about it. It turns out that the two companies are extremely similar in many ways, especially in their ambitious goals and plans. At the same time, there are of course a few differences of opinion.
"We are proud and honored that a company with such a great reputation as Audi Hungaria Motor Kft has visited such a young enterprise as Nav N Go for the purpose of exchanging experiences and views," said András Fazakas, Nav N Go COO, after the conversations. "We greatly appreciate this kind of guidance and support, especially when you consider the different market positions that each company occupies."
At the end of the meeting, Nav N Go's guests invited the hosts to visit Audi's Hungarian factory in Győr, to show them around the automobile and engine manufacturing facility.
